Educationally Minded & Dedicated
A highly experienced staff including local Professional/Certified Educators, Coaches (Collegiate, High School, and Youth), Certified Swim Instructors and Lifeguards, Senior and Junior Counselors, Specialty Staff, and Office Personnel. Undergraduate Education Majors are highly sought. All employees have appropriate FBI fingerprint and PA clearances.

Masters Degree in Classroom Technology from Wilkes University 2010
Camp Experience
Joe has been involved in day camps as a senior counselor and special instructor for 15 years. Joe has also directed basketball camps in Chester County.
During the School Year
Joe is currently in his 17th year as a Business and Computer Science Teacher at Unionville High School. Joe served as the Unionville Head Varsity Basketball Coach for five years and currently assists coaching his four children's youth basketball teams.

Ray Webb

Camp Experience
Co-Owner of the Flourtown Summer Day Camp as well, Ray has been in the swim club and day camp industry for the last 15 years. Ray retired from the insurance industry for the last two years after a 30 year career.
During the School Year
Ray is an avid Philadelphia sports fan and enjoys playing tennis, working out and traveling with his family. Much of his time is spent planning for the following summer and working on both facilities.

Danny Collins

Camp Experience
Danny has worked in a summer day camp setting for 30 years as a counselor, basketball instructor and camp director and is also Co-Owner of the Flourtown Summer Day Camp and Swim Club. He has also directed many sports camps over the years and conducted numerous clinics and seminars for youth athletes and adult coaches.
During the School Year
Danny is a Business Education Teacher (Sports & Entertainment Marketing and Management) at Perkiomen Valley High School for the past 28 years. He was a High School and College basketball coach for 15 years and coached his children in their youth sports programs over the years.
